"I have been a State Farm customer for several years, holding multiple policies including auto, renters, life, and motorcycle insurance. However, both my husband and I will be transitioning to a new insurance provider, as we are no longer satisfied with the service we’ve received. In our experience, the agents appear more focused on selling policies than on providing clear guidance or support. When discrepancies in policy language arise, rather than offering a thorough explanation or assistance, agents tend to defer responsibility or issue blanket denials. Unfortunately, they do not advocate on behalf of the policyholder and often rely solely on the decisions made by the claims department, without offering additional support or clarification. As someone who works in the contracting industry and regularly deals with insurance scopes, I can confidently say that State Farm is among the most difficult companies to work with in terms of honoring legitimate claims. They frequently deny coverage that is rightfully owed, leaving policyholders to consider legal action as their only recourse. They were great at first during sign up, but based on both personal and professional experience, I would caution others to carefully review their policies and consider alternative providers if customer support and fair claims handling are priorities when the time comes to actually need help through a claim."

"I recently needed to work with my mom’s policy (she passed away). I had a few obstacles and Stephanie assisted me from start to finish. She was thorough and timely. Followed through on what was needed. Now I was in need of obtaining insurance for the car and continuing the renters insurance. Stephanie was really helpful in getting me a timely quote for both. "I requested a quote online and Steph followed up with me within the hour and was able to provide me with a lot of good information for a new homeowner. When I called, she was available and explained things to me in a way that made sense and added some low cost coverage that will cover me long term. It only took about 20 minutes to sort everything out and get set up. 10/10 would recommend."
